Full-time education for your career in football

"Football is now a massive UK industry employing thousands with roles from players to administrators, physios to analyst’s and more. At the Beaconsfield Town Academy we aim to provide a pathway for young people to recognise their dream of working within the football industry. Every young footballer wants to be a star, some will be, whilst others will forge careers in the game in other roles and at many different levels. Our aim is to help all of our students reach their potential both on the pitch and academically so that their dream of a working life in football becomes a reality." - Richard Beck, General Manager

Beaconsfield Town Academy offer full-time education for boys aged 16-18 looking for a career in football. With time split between studying for a BTEC Level 3 in Sport and training as a team with our UEFA A Head Coach and FA Level 2 Assistant Coach, our aim is to ensure students leave with the right qualifications to either pursue a career in football or continue their education to degree level. As part of the course, students will also obtain their FA Level 1 coaching badge and gain work experience within our football club including coaching. Starting in 2021 we aim to offer degree level qualification as part of our academy education.
